DulciCats of Charlottesville will host our May 16 Blue Ridge Mountain Dulcimer Players meeting and jam at 1:30 pm at the STUDIO at our Bridgewater Retirement Village Community in Bridgewater, VA. They will lead off with pieces they have been working on all spring, including “Celtic Melodies,” arranged by our own Dinah Ansley, an Irish jig, and three songs. The group consists of five players: Jim Albert, Sharon Baiocco, Lynn Gould, Penny Reighart, and Trisha Taylor.

After the 15-minute performance and sing-a-long by the DulciCats, led by Penny Reighart, Dinah Ansley will offer a little lesson, followed by a break, and then we’ll all play jam tunes from the Dave Haas book (below).
